Barista (Indian candidates preferred)


We are hiring a talented and experienced Barista to join our team in Plovdiv. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the café and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for our guests.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Barista in a café or restaurant setting
- Knowledge of different brewing techniques and latte art
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Biometric passport or valid work permit for non-EU citizens

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
- Educate customers on our products and make recommendations based on their preferences
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times
