Handyman for Residential and Commercial Properties in Abu Dhabi

We are seeking a skilled Handyman with experience in both residential and commercial properties to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is a contract position suitable for men with a salary of 1300$. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting. You should have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as fixing leaky faucets, changing light bulbs, and patching walls
- Conduct repairs on various systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances
- Install new fixtures or appliances as needed
- Complete painting projects both inside and outside of buildings
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies for maintenance tasks
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or property managers
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman in both residential and commercial properties
- Solid understanding of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting techniques
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Good communication skills to interact with tenants or property managers
- Strong problem-solving abilities to resolve any issues that may arise during maintenance tasks
- Physically fit to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy objects or standing for long periods of time
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
