Preservation Architect for Historical Restoration Projects in Vianden, Luxembourg



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team in Vianden, Luxembourg. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing historical restoration projects in the city. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month and includes free visa and ticket for Indian nationals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting historical research and analysis to understand the original design and construction of buildings
- Developing preservation plans and strategies to ensure the maintenance and restoration of historical structures
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to implement preservation projects
- Inspecting buildings to assess their condition and identify areas in need of restoration or repair
- Overseeing the conservation of historical artifacts, materials, and architectural elements
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all preservation activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture with a specialization in Historical Preservation
- Minimum of 3 years experience working on historical restoration projects
- Knowledge of architectural history, building materials, techniques, and conservation methods
- Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
