We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team in Bansko, Kenya. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the appearance of our garden and outdoor areas. This includes planting, watering, pruning, and fertilizing plants as well as mowing lawns and trimming shrubs. You will also be responsible for identifying and treating plant diseases and pests. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Gardener, a strong knowledge of plants and gardening techniques, and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month. Women are encouraged to apply. Visa sponsorship and travel expenses will be provided for the right candidate.

Gardener Responsibilities:
- Planting, watering, pruning, fertilizing, and maintaining plants
- Mowing lawns and trimming shrubs
- Identifying and treating plant diseases and pests
- Maintaining tools and equipment
- Assisting with garden design and planning
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Following safety guidelines at all times

Gardener Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Gardener or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of plants, gardening techniques, and landscape design
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Creativity in garden design
- Good time management skills
