Junior Baker

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Junior Baker to join our team in Ajman. As a Junior Baker, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, baking, and decoration of various types of baked goods. This is an ideal position for someone who is passionate about baking and looking to gain experience in a professional kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior bakers with measuring, mixing, and preparing ingredients according to recipes
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and scales
- Monitor baking process to ensure quality and consistency of products
- Decorate baked goods with icing, glazes, and other toppings
- Follow proper food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a bakery or kitchen environment preferred
- Knowledge of different types of baked goods and their ingredients/recipes
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well in a team setting
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods of time
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills would be an asset)
- Egyptian nationality preferred
