Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our building projects in the city of Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects within budget and on schedule. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management and possess strong leadership and communication skills. This position is suitable for men who are fluent in English and able to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Accommodation will be provided for the successful candidate.

As a Construction Project Manager, your duties will include:

- Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Procuring necessary resources and materials
- Managing project teams and contractors
- Conducting site inspections and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Communicating project progress to stakeholders
- Identifying potential risks and implementing contingency plans
- Ensuring quality control throughout the construction process
- Overseeing project completion and final handover

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Proficiency in project management software
- Fluency in English is required
- Preference for Malayalee candidates
