Retail Merchandiser


We are searching for a detail-oriented Retail Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Khor. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and managing product inventory. You will also be in charge of maintaining relationships with suppliers and ensuring that products are displayed effectively to attract customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of retail operations, and the ability to work independently. This position offers a salary of $1600 per month without accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to increase product demand
- Analyze market trends and adjust merchandising plans accordingly
- Manage product inventory levels and ensure timely restocking
- Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Collaborate with store managers to design effective product displays that attract customers
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper product placement and availability
- Monitor sales performance and make recommendations for improvement
- Communicate product changes or updates to store staff
- Keep track of competitor activity and suggest ways to stay competitive in the market

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
- Proven experience as a Retail Merchandiser or similar role
- Strong understanding of retail operations and market trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with team members
- Familiarity with merchandising software is preferred
- Biometric passport for legal working status in Al-Khor
