Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our team in Nairobi. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and operating machinery used in the production process. Your main goal will be to ensure efficient production and high-quality output.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to production specifications
- Operate machines to produce parts or products
- Inspect parts for quality and make adjustments as needed
- Troubleshoot issues and perform basic maintenance on machines
- Monitor production process and make necessary adjustments to ensure efficiency
- Keep track of inventory and report any shortages or discrepancies
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and reach production goals

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a machine operator preferred but not required
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical manuals
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Team player with good communication skills

Salary: $1000 per month
