Sales Manager - Plovdiv, Egypt


We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Plovdiv, Egypt. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing a team to achieve company targets. Your main focus will be on developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

In this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team. Previous experience in sales is preferred, but not required as we provide thorough training for all our employees. This is a contract job with the potential for long-term employment based on performance.

As an English-speaking company, fluency in English is required for this position. We also welcome candidates from different nationalities who have their own visa and are legally able to work in Egypt.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and providing exceptional customer service
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support as needed
- Create sales strategies and implement them effectively to achieve company targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
- Travel within Egypt as needed to meet with clients or attend industry events

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in sales or management role preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving goals
- Results-driven mentality with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to travel within Egypt as needed
