Contract Roofer for Biometric Passport Project in Moscow

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roofer to join our team in Moscow for an urgent contract job on a biometric passport project. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for installing and repairing roofs on buildings throughout the city. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Install and repair roofs on buildings using various materials such as shingles, tiles, and metal
- Inspect roofs for damage and determine necessary repairs
- Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific areas
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while working at heights
- Communicate with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Roofer, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials, tools, and equipment
- Physical stamina and ability to work at heights for extended periods of time
- Biometric passport or willingness to obtain one for this project (no English required)
- Kenyan nationality preferred, but open to foreigners with relevant experience

Salary: 1600$ per month (paid in local currency), with potential for bonuses based on performance.
