Administrator - Mecca, Pakistan
We are a reputable organization seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team in Mecca, Pakistan. As the Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and managing administrative tasks to ensure efficient and effective functioning of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondences and emails
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Assist in budget planning and monitoring expenses
- Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
This is a contract position offering a competitive salary of 1200$ per month.
