Waiter/Waitress


We are a restaurant located in the bustling city of Al-Khor, seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they arrive and seat them at their tables
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Provide suggestions and recommendations to guests on menu items
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Process payment transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Attend training sessions to expand knowledge of menu items and service techniques

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress preferred, particularly in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple tables at once
- Customer-oriented with a friendly demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is an asset
- Must have legal authorization to work in Al-Khor
