Computer Systems Analyst - IT Support Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Systems Analyst to join our IT team in Clairvaux. As an IT support specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and maintaining computer systems and networks within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Monitoring system performance to ensure efficiency
- Providing technical support to end-users
- Conducting regular system backups and data recovery procedures
- Collaborating with other IT team members to resolve complex issues
- Evaluating new technology and making recommendations for upgrades or improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and software applications
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Clairvaux, France (open to non-French nationals)

Working Hours: Part-time (20 hours per week)
