House Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a household in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a large household, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the household, including staff, schedules, budgets, and inventory
- Supervise and train household staff members to ensure high-quality service
- Plan and coordinate events and special occasions
- Maintain household budgets and financial records
- Handle all household purchases, including groceries, supplies, and other items
- Schedule maintenance and repairs for the home and any necessary equipment
- Liaise with contractors for renovations or other projects
- Ensure the security of the home at all times
- Manage schedules for family members, including appointments, travel arrangements, and school activities
- Communicate effectively with family members to address any concerns or requests
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience managing a large household or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise staff members of various nationalities
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management for a household
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Nepali is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Salary: 1500$ per month
