Bank Teller



As a bank teller, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients while efficiently and accurately handling their financial transactions. This full-time role requires previous experience in a similar position and excellent communication skills in English. You will be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and must hold Canadian nationality or be eligible to work in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and payments accurately and efficiently
- Verify customer identification and account information
- Promote bank products and services to customers
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly
- Maintain cash levels and balance cash drawer at the end of each shift
- Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and security measures

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a bank teller or similar role is required
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle large sums of money with integrity
- Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
- Familiarity with banking software is preferred but not required
