Computer Support Specialist



As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients in Jerusalem. You will be the first point of contact for any computer-related issues, and therefore, excellent communication and problem-solving skills are a must. This position requires advanced knowledge of computer hardware and software, as well as strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate complex problems to senior technicians
- Install and configure new computer systems
- Set up user accounts and permissions
- Perform regular maintenance on systems to ensure optimal performance
- Train clients on how to use new software or equipment
- Keep track of all support requests and document solutions for future reference
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and updates in the industry

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Advanced knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Customer service oriented
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month for this full-time position. Accommodation can also be provided for employees who require it.
