Mason - Isa Town Contract



We are in need of a skilled Mason to join our team in Isa Town. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing structures using bricks, concrete blocks, and other materials. You must have experience in the construction industry and be able to work independently. This is a contract job with a salary of 1300$. Accommodation will not be provided, so the ideal candidate should already reside in Isa Town or be willing to relocate at their own expense. As a Mason, your responsibilities will include:

- Measuring and cutting materials to fit specific dimensions
- Mixing mortar and applying it to bricks or blocks
- Laying out walls or other structures according to blueprints or plans
- Ensuring structures are level and plumb using tools such as levels and plumb bobs
- Repairing cracks or other damage in existing structures
- Collaborating with other construction workers on site to complete projects efficiently

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience as a Mason in the construction industry
- Knowledge of different types of bricks, blocks, and other building materials
- Ability to read blueprints and follow plans accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work at heights if necessary
- Valid biometric passport

This is a contract job, so there is no guarantee of long-term employment. However, there may be opportunities for future contracts depending on performance. Please note that accommodation will not be provided for this position.
