Land Surveyor



As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine the precise location and measurements of land boundaries, features, and structures. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide accurate data for land development projects. This position is based in the city of Izhevsk and offers a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to identify and measure land boundaries, features, and structures
- Use specialized tools such as GPS equipment, total stations, and aerial photographs to collect data
- Analyze survey data to create detailed maps and reports
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate data for land development projects
- Keep up-to-date records of survey results and maintain proper documentation
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other professionals involved in the project
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in surveying technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Previous experience as a Land Surveyor preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles and techniques
- Familiarity with surveying equipment such as GPS devices and total stations
- Excellent math, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working on land development projects
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or other mapping software
- Ability to speak Filipino is a plus
