Junior Restaurant Manager

Our restaurant in Al-Malikiyah is seeking a Junior Restaurant Manager to join our team. This is an entry-level position that offers a salary of 1100$ per month, along with a free visa and ticket. We are looking for freshers who are passionate about the food and beverage industry and eager to learn the ins and outs of restaurant management.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service
- Create schedules and manage employee shifts
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Keep track of inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Conduct regular audits to ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field preferred
- Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus but not required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and efficiently
- Familiarity with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and basic accounting principles
