Slinger - Construction Assistant (English Speaking) for Pakistani Nationals in Dubrovnik

We are a construction company based in Dubrovnik, looking for a reliable and hardworking Slinger to join our team. As a Slinger, you will assist with the movement of heavy materials and equipment on construction sites. This is an entry-level position, so no prior experience is required. However, we are seeking candidates who are physically fit and have good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the movement and positioning of materials using cranes, hoists, and other equipment as directed by the crane operator or site supervisor
- Follow safety protocols to ensure the safe handling of heavy materials
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform other duties as assigned by the site supervisor

Requirements:
- Must be Pakistani national currently residing in Dubrovnik with a valid work visa
- Fluent in spoken English, as communication on construction sites is primarily in English
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and work in outdoor conditions
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
- Previous experience as a Slinger is not required but preferred

Working Conditions:
- Full-time position with 40 hours per week (overtime may be required)
- Salary of 1400$ per month
- No accommodation provided, so candidates must have their own housing arrangements in Dubrovnik
- Own visa jobs only - we do not provide visa sponsorship
