Responsibilities:
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans, and utensils
- Operate commercial dishwasher to ensure proper cleaning of items
- Empty trash bins and maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area
- Assist with food prep and basic kitchen tasks as needed
- Follow all health and safety regulations while handling food and cleaning equipment
- Keep inventory of dishwashing supplies and notify management when restocking is needed

Requirements:
- Must be physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Good communication skills in English
- Previous experience as a dishwasher preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
