Metal Fabricator
We are hiring a skilled Metal Fabricator to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Metal Fabricator, you will be responsible for cutting, shaping, and assembling metal materials to create structures and products according to specifications. This position requires experience in metalworking and proficiency in using various tools and techniques such as welding, drilling, and grinding.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and written instructions
- Measure and mark dimensions on metal materials
- Cut and shape metal using manual or automated tools (such as saws, shears, or plasma cutters)
- Weld or solder metals together to create strong joints
- Use hand tools or machines to bend, punch, or drill holes in metal pieces
- Smooth rough edges of metal using grinders or sanders
- Assemble finished products by bolting or welding parts together
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain machinery and equipment used in the fabrication process

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Metal Worker or similar role
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience with various hand tools (such as hammers, chisels) and power tools (such as drills)
- Strong knowledge of different types of metals and their properties
- Familiarity with welding techniques (MIG, TIG) is required; experience with soldering is a plus
- Ability to work independently and follow safety standards at all times
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
- Good communication skills with the ability to understand written instructions in English

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
