We are seeking an entry-level Fitter to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling and installing various mechanical components and systems. This is a great opportunity for an Indian candidate looking to start their career in the field of fitting.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Measure and mark components according to specifications
- Cut, shape, and fit materials using hand or power tools
- Assemble mechanical components such as pipes, valves, pumps, and motors
- Install assembled components onto structures or equipment
- Perform quality checks on finished products
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- No English language skills required
- No prior experience necessary; training will be provided on the job
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions

Salary:
Starting salary of 1400$ per month with potential for growth within the company.
