Florist at a High-End Flower Shop in Dubai



We are seeking a skilled and creative Florist to join our high-end flower shop in Dubai. As a Florist, you will be responsible for designing and arranging beautiful floral arrangements for our clients. This is a full-time job with a salary of 1200$, along with accommodation and visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create unique floral arrangements according to client's preferences and requests
- Ensure the quality and freshness of all flowers used in arrangements
- Maintain the shop's inventory by ordering new supplies when needed
- Keep up-to-date with current floral trends, techniques, and styles
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with their inquiries and purchases
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate large events or weddings

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Florist is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different types of flowers and their care instructions
- Creative eye for design and ability to work with color schemes
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends or holidays as needed
