Indian Restaurant Manager

Our busy and popular restaurant in Ar Rumaythiyah is seeking an experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the restaurant industry, with at least 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role. Fluency in English is required for effective communication with our diverse staff and customers. The candidate must also possess a biometric passport for visa purposes.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Train and mentor staff on proper food preparation, customer service, and overall performance
- Monitor food quality and ensure that all health and safety standards are met
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items or promotions
- Manage scheduling and payroll for all employees

Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Fluent in English
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of restaurant operations including food preparation, inventory management, and customer service
- Ability to handle high-stress situations
- Must have a biometric passport

Salary: $1600/month (negotiable based on experience)
