Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivating and maintaining gardens to ensure they are healthy and aesthetically pleasing
- Planting, pruning, and trimming trees, shrubs, and flowers
- Maintaining lawns by mowing, fertilizing, and watering as needed
- Removing weeds and other unwanted plants from garden beds
- Installing new plants and landscaping features as directed by clients or supervisors
- Managing garden tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition
- Communicating with clients to understand their specific requirements and preferences for their gardens

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Gardener or in a similar role is required
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong knowledge of plant care techniques and horticulture principles
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in all weather conditions
