Job Title: Skilled Carpenter



A reputable construction company in Izhevsk is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1400$, free visa and ticket provided.

Responsibilities:
- Reading and interpreting blueprints to determine materials required and dimensions of structure
- Measuring and marking cutting lines on materials, using ruler, pencil, chalk, and marking gauge
- Cutting materials to specified measurements using hand tools, machines or power saws
- Assembling and fastening materials to make framework or props using hand tools and wood screws
- Shaping or cutting materials to specified measurements using hand tools, machines or power saws
- Installing structures such as windows, frames, floorings, trimmings etc.
- Inspecting work progress to ensure compliance with specifications

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Carpenter
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Proficient in using hand tools and power saws
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials
- Good communication skills
- Indian nationality preferred
- Must be willing to work on a contract basis
