Head Gardener - Ar-Ruwais, UAE

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Gardener to oversee the maintenance of our gardens in Ar-Ruwais, UAE. As the Head Gardener, you will be responsible for managing a team of gardeners and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule garden maintenance tasks, including planting, pruning, watering, and fertilizing
- Supervise and train a team of gardeners to ensure proper techniques are used
- Monitor plant health and identify any issues or diseases
- Keep accurate records of plantings, maintenance schedules, and inventory
- Maintain garden equipment and tools
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and implement special events or projects that involve the gardens
- Manage budgets for purchasing plants, supplies, and equipment

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Gardener or in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of plants, gardening techniques, and pest control methods
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Physically fit with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills in English

Contract Details:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month. The contract includes free accommodation, visa sponsorship, and round-trip tickets.
