Surveyor - Land Surveying Specialist


We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Surveyor to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah, Kuwait. As a Land Surveying Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries and provide accurate measurements for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment and techniques
- Gather data on existing structures, topography, and land features
- Use GPS technology to accurately map out survey areas
- Analyze survey data and create detailed reports
- Work closely with engineers and architects to gather necessary information for project planning
- Provide guidance and support to junior surveyors as needed
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Surveyor in land surveying or construction projects
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
- Familiarity with GPS technology and other relevant software programs
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

We offer competitive salary of $1100 per month with visa sponsorship for qualified candidates. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within the company.
