Land Surveyor
As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and mapping to determine property boundaries, topography, and other features. You will also work with developers and engineers to plan construction projects and ensure that all measurements are accurate. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to use surveying equipment such as total stations and GPS receivers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various surveying tools and techniques
- Analyze data from surveys to create maps, charts, or reports
- Work with developers and engineers to plan construction projects
- Ensure accuracy of measurements by regularly calibrating surveying equipment
- Identify potential issues or discrepancies in survey data
- Communicate with clients or stakeholders to discuss project requirements
- Keep accurate records of surveys and maintain proper documentation
- Follow safety protocols while working on job sites
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Familiarity with surveying software such as AutoCAD or GIS
- Ability to operate surveying equipment accurately
and effectively
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to land surveys
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Salary: 1200$ per month
Location: Ar Rumaythiyah, Kuwait (Indians preferred)
