We are seeking a talented and highly skilled Indian Executive Chef to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and creating exceptional dishes that showcase the rich and diverse flavors of Indian cuisine. Key Responsibilities:
- Create menus and develop new dishes that incorporate traditional Indian flavors with modern techniques.
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure quality and consistency in all dishes.
- Maintain inventory of food supplies and equipment, ensuring proper rotation and storage.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with management to develop cost-effective menus while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Plan special events and promotions to showcase the unique flavors of Indian cuisine.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting.
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine, including regional variations and cooking techniques.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail in food presentation, flavor balance, and portion control.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid work permit for Lithuania (visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates).
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Lithuanian is a plus).
