Indian Restaurant Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager for our restaurant located in Al-Rayyan. As the manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and budget
- Train, supervise, and schedule front-of-house and kitchen staff
- Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to quality and safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop strategies to increase sales and attract new customers
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment at all times
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Must have legal authorization to work in Qatar

We offer a competitive salary package of 1000$ per month along with other benefits. This is a contract job without accommodation, so candidates must have their own visa. Minimum education requirement is 12th pass.
