Restaurant Manager - Al-Rayyan, Qatar


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and managing a team of employees.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staffing, budgeting, inventory management and customer service
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service and a positive work environment
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve overall performance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints and feedback in a professional manner
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Collaborate with the head chef to create new menu items and specials
- Work closely with the marketing team to promote the restaurant through various channels

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be fluent in English; knowledge of Urdu or Tagalog is a plus
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends
