Senior Architect - St-Petersburg

As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects in St-Petersburg. You will collaborate with clients, contractors, and other team members to develop designs and oversee the construction process. Your expertise in architecture and project management will be critical in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with all relevant regulations and standards. You will also be expected to mentor and guide junior architects, providing them with valuable insights and guidance to help them improve their skills. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design abilities, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for architectural projects from conception to completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and standards
- Oversee the construction process to ensure quality control and timely completion
- Mentor junior architects by providing guidance and feedback on their work
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in technology, and new materials
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, consultants, and team members throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience (minimum of 5 years) working as an architect on commercial or residential projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Leadership qualities - ability to motivate team members towards a common goal
- Strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
