Seasonal Restaurant Manager (Indian Cuisine) - Abu Dhabi
We are in search of a skilled and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team for a seasonal position in Abu Dhabi. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and management of our Indian restaurant. Your main duties will include ensuring high-quality customer service, managing staff, controlling costs, and maintaining a clean and organized establishment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Train, supervise and evaluate staff to maintain high-quality service standards
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to staff members
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Oversee food preparation and ensure dishes are prepared according to recipes and quality standards
- Control costs by monitoring expenses, minimizing waste, and maximizing profits
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Handle customer complaints or issues effectively to maintain customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine restaurant
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, including traditional dishes, spices, and cooking techniques
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must have valid work visa sponsorship for Abu Dhabi
Salary: 1300$ per month (tax-free)
