Entry-Level Restaurant Manager in Abu Dhabi (Egyptian Nationals Preferred)



We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Restaurant Manager in Abu Dhabi. As an Egyptian national, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment, while gaining valuable experience in the hospitality industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and delicious food. You will also have the opportunity to learn from experienced managers and develop your skills in areas such as staff management, inventory control, and customer satisfaction.

This is a part-time position with a salary of 1200$. No previous experience is required for this role, making it the perfect opportunity for freshers or those looking to enter the hospitality industry. We do not require any English proficiency for this role, but knowledge of Arabic is preferred.

As an Entry-Level Restaurant Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Supervising and training staff members to maintain high levels of customer service
- Overseeing inventory control and ordering supplies as needed
- Creating schedules for staff members and ensuring proper coverage during busy periods
- Handling customer complaints and concerns promptly and effectively
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:

- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Ability to work part-time hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication skills in Arabic (English proficiency is a plus)
- Passion for providing excellent customer service
