Logistics Coordinator

Our company, based in Sharjah, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the transportation of goods and materials from suppliers to our warehouse and from our warehouse to customers. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$, specifically open for Indian nationals who are fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of transportation including scheduling, tracking, and delivery of goods
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure timely delivery of shipments
- Monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and update records in our system
- Prepare necessary documentation for customs clearance and ensure compliance with all import/export regulations
- Handle any issues or delays that may arise during transportation process
- Work closely with other departments such as procurement and sales to ensure efficient flow of goods

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in logistics coordination or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other logistics software
- Knowledge of import/export regulations is preferred
