Housekeeping Assistant

We are seeking a diligent and reliable Housekeeping Assistant to join our team in Ufa. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, including guest rooms, common areas, and office spaces. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain assigned areas according to company standards
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect surfaces as needed
- Change linens and make beds in guest rooms
- Stock and replenish supplies in designated areas
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to management
- Assist with laundry duties as needed
- Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills
