Office Assistant - Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents as required
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying as needed
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required for freshers
- Good command of English (both written and spoken)
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
