Construction Project Coordinator

We are searching for a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to join our team in Bayan. As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of construction processes, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all stages of construction projects, including planning, design, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Communicate with clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues or conflicts.
- Monitor progress of construction projects and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
- Manage project budget and make adjustments as needed.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Prepare reports and presentations for project updates.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction management or coordination role.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, budgeting principles, and project management techniques.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1400 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Bayan but may require occasional travel within the country.
