A reputable property management company is seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Bayan, Kuwait. The ideal candidate should be able to handle various maintenance and repair tasks efficiently and independently. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$, suitable for Indian nationals.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work.
- Inspect buildings and identify any issues or potential problems.
- Respond to tenant requests for repairs in a timely manner.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and up to code.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of general repair techniques including plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, etc.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
- Good communication skills in English (basic proficiency preferred).
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
