As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Albena. You will ensure that our guests receive exceptional service and quality food in a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Your duties will include managing staff, creating schedules, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventory. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as maintaining high levels of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the restaurant. Your excellent communication skills will be essential in building relationships with customers and resolving any issues that may arise. Additionally, you will handle administrative tasks such as budgeting, reporting, and payroll. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry and possess strong leadership skills. Proficiency in English is required to effectively communicate with both staff and customers. This is a contract position with a salary of $1300 per month, including accommodation. A valid biometric passport is preferred but not mandatory for this role.
