Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Bayan, Canada. In this role, you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Book travel arrangements for staff members
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- High school diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
Salary: $900 per month
