We are hiring a skilled Librarian to join our team in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. As a Librarian, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our library, including organizing and cataloging materials, assisting patrons with research and reference inquiries, and maintaining the library's collection.

Responsibilities:
- Organizing and categorizing books, periodicals, and other materials in the library according to established systems
- Assisting patrons with research and reference inquiries, recommending resources and providing guidance on how to access information
- Maintaining the library's collection by ordering new materials, processing donations, and withdrawing outdated or damaged items
- Ensuring that all materials are properly checked out and returned by patrons in a timely manner
- Managing the library's budget and keeping track of expenditures for new purchases
- Collaborating with teachers to integrate library resources into classroom instruction
- Planning and hosting events such as book clubs, author visits, and other educational programs for the community
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to enhance library services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse groups of people
- Proficiency in using library databases, online catalogs, and other research tools
- Familiarity with current library practices and principles of information organization
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this position.
