As a Shaper, you will be responsible for creating and shaping materials into various forms and sizes to meet the specific needs of our clients. Your main goal will be to produce high-quality products that meet industry standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Operate various machinery and tools to shape materials such as wood, metal, or plastic
- Monitor production process to ensure accuracy and quality control
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively

Requirements:
- Experience working with a variety of materials such as wood, metal, or plastic
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications
- Ability to operate machinery and tools safely and accurately
- Attention to detail and quality control skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Good communication skills
- Physically fit to handle lifting, bending, standing for extended periods of time
