Concrete Worker

A reputable construction company in Los Angeles is seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker to join our team. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete surfaces according to project specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment. This is a contract position with an attractive salary of $1100 per week, including accommodation. We welcome applicants of all nationalities who are fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare construction sites by clearing obstacles and debris
- Set up forms and molds according to project plans
- Mix concrete and pour it into designated areas
- Smooth concrete surfaces using various tools such as trowels and screeds
- Finish surfaces by applying sealants or waterproofing coatings
- Monitor curing process and make adjustments as needed
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Concrete Worker or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Strong physical stamina and able to lift heavy materials
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Knowledge of different types of concrete mixes and their uses
- Familiarity with construction equipment such as power tools and compactors
- Ability to work at heights or in confined spaces if necessary
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
