We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Gardener to join our team in Clairvaux. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of our garden by planting, watering, pruning, and caring for various plants and flowers. This is a contract position that offers flexible hours and does not require prior experience or English proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Planting new trees, flowers, and shrubs according to season and garden needs
- Watering plants regularly and ensuring proper drainage
- Pruning trees and bushes to maintain their shape and promote healthy growth
- Removing weeds and unwanted plants from the garden beds
- Applying fertilizers and pesticides as needed
- Maintaining garden pathways by raking leaves, sweeping, and removing debris
- Collaborating with other team members to plan garden designs and layouts
- Keeping track of inventory for gardening supplies and equipment

Requirements:
- Filipino nationality preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically fit to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods
- Familiarity with basic gardening techniques
- Attention to detail
- Good time-management skills
- Own visa or valid work permit in Clairvaux
