Courier Delivery Assistant


We are a fast-paced courier delivery company operating in the city of Sofia. We are currently in search of a reliable and hardworking Courier Delivery Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will be detail-oriented, physically fit, and possess excellent communication skills.

As a Courier Delivery Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting our couriers with their daily tasks, including loading and unloading packages, organizing delivery routes, and updating delivery statuses on our system. You will also be required to communicate with customers in a professional manner and ensure that all packages are delivered within the specified timeframe.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong work ethic and be able to work efficiently under pressure. A biometric passport is mandatory as you may be required to assist with international deliveries. Prior experience in a similar role is not necessary as we provide on-the-job training.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist couriers with loading and unloading packages onto delivery vehicles
- Organize delivery routes to ensure timely package delivery
- Communicate with customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Update delivery statuses on our system accurately
- Ensure all packages are delivered within the specified timeframe
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle

Requirements:
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy packages
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Valid biometric passport
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a similar role is an asset but not required

We offer competitive salary of 1600$ per month along with benefits such as health insurance and paid time off. This is a full-time position with flexible working hours.
