Handyman for Property Maintenance and Repair in Medina

We are hiring a skilled Handyman to join our team in Medina. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various property maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and in good working condition.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and facilities
- Inspect and identify any issues or potential problems with plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Repair or replace broken fixtures such as faucets, toilets, light fixtures, etc.
- Paint walls and touch up any other cosmetic damages
- Handle basic carpentry tasks such as fixing doors, cabinets, and furniture
- Maintain outdoor spaces by mowing lawns, trimming hedges, etc.
- Keep track of necessary supplies and inform management when stock is low

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Good communication skills in English
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects when needed
- Indian nationality preferred
- Must have valid visa and able to work without accommodation
