We are hiring a skilled Handyman Supervisor to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. As a Handyman Supervisor, you will oversee and manage the daily operations of our team of handymen. Your role will involve supervising and coordinating the work of the handymen, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of a team of handymen
- Assign tasks and duties to team members
- Ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to high quality standards
- Train new handymen on company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company standards
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during projects
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or complaints

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a handyman or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of various tools, equipment, and materials used in repair and maintenance work
- Good communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals
- Must have a biometric passport for ease of travel
- Previous experience living in staff accommodation preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1100$ per month, along with other benefits such as accommodation, transportation, medical insurance, and annual leave.
